The Chole Cole Act

Chloe Cole, who shared her story at StandingFree in June 2025, continues to bring attention to the lasting effects of medical gender transition for minors. A federal bill bearing her name, H.R. 5483, the Chloe Cole Act, remains before Congress.

If enacted, the bill would prohibit certain medical gender-transition interventions for minors and allow affected individuals and their parents or guardians to bring civil actions against participating health care providers, hospitals, or clinics. The bill was introduced in the U.S. House and referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, where it remains under consideration.
